All Regulatory personnel need to speak with people to be successful in their role. This one day course has been developed for staff in any regulatory role, whether or not it is an administrative or a field based assignment. Participants will be able to develop their skill sets in conducting an interviews, and understanding the responsibilities, categories, and strategies needed to become a successful interviewer.
The students will also be able to reflect on various interviewing strategies and how to shift between them.
